Trustgreen Limited is seeking an Assistant Estate Manager to support day-to-day estate operations across a portfolio of sites. You will work with experienced colleagues to develop knowledge of estates, open spaces, and stakeholder management.

This role offers a path to a career in estate management with guidance, travel to sites within the region, and the need for a full driving licence and own vehicle. A positive, self-motivated attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Positive, organised, and enthusiastic individual with an interest in countryside and green spaces.
• Willing to learn and develop within estates management.
• Reliable and open to guidance, with a proactive attitude.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with site visits and inspections, supported by the Estate Manager.
• Recording site conditions and uploading reports.
• Coordinating maintenance works and contractors.
• Assisting with health and safety checks and documentation.
• Communicating with residents, developers, and contractors.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, trackers, and general estate management support.
