Qualifications

• Proven grounds maintenance experience across varied sites.
• Experience achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Experience as an Estate Assistant or Grounds Maintenance Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Carry out gardening and grounds maintenance to high standards.
• Clean internal communal areas.
• Ensure all work meets agreed standards, keeping outdoor spaces tidy and welcoming.
• Act as the on-site representative for Guinness.
• Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
• Report responsive repairs.
• Report fly-tipping.
• Report graffiti.
• Report safeguarding concerns.
