Job summary

Goodwood Estate is seeking an Estate Sales Executive to manage and convert enquiries for corporate meetings and events, guiding clients from initial enquiry through to confirmation. You will develop tailored proposals that showcase the Estate's venues, experiences and opportunities.

Working with colleagues across the business, you will deliver a seamless customer journey while contributing to sales performance and revenue growth, building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience working in a sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Experience of call handling and diary management.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming meetings and events enquiries, providing an outstanding customer experience from the outset.
• Take ownership of sales opportunities, proactively nurturing leads and driving conversion.
• Develop tailored proposals, quotations and contracts that meet client requirements and showcase Goodwood's unique offering.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell and generate repeat business.
• Support Business Development Managers with key account development and new business opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the planning team to ensure a smooth handover from sale to delivery.
• Ensure bookings are processed accurately and in line with credit control requirements.
