Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Venue & Estate Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and presentation of a prestige events estate in Calverton. You will be the face of the estate for wedding couples, event organisers, corporate clients and other prospective clients seeking to hire the venue.

Responsibilities include driving new business in weddings, corporate events and private hire, plus managing inquiries from first contact to booking and delivery.

Qualifications

• Wedding or events venue experience.
• Hospitality background in hotel or country house.
• Leisure or visitor attraction exposure.
• Previous weddings and event management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for wedding, event and venue-hire enquiries.
• Meet prospective clients and conduct professional venue tours.
• Build relationships with couples, businesses, event organisers and suppliers.
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking and event delivery.
• Support growth of weddings, private functions and corporate events.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the wider estate.
• Ensure the estate is presented to a high standard.
• Assist in planning and delivering larger events across the estate.
• Represent the venue at meetings and client appointments.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the visitor journey.
