All Jobs Pro Ltd is seeking an Estate Sales Executive to join the team at Goodwood Estate in West Sussex. You will manage corporate meetings and events enquiries, crafting tailored proposals and guiding clients from enquiry to confirmation to drive revenue across the estate.

You’ll collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer journey, build strong client relationships and upsell where appropriate. Prior experience in hospitality sales and diary management is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in a sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Experience of call handling and diary management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming meetings and events enquiries, providing an outstanding customer experience from the outset.
• Take ownership of sales opportunities, proactively nurturing leads and driving conversion.
• Develop tailored proposals, quotations and contracts that meet client requirements and showcase Goodwood's unique offering.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell and generate repeat business.
• Support Business Development Managers with key account development and new business opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the planning team to ensure a smooth handover from sale to delivery.
• Ensure bookings are processed accurately and in line with credit control requirements.
