Job summary

The Hyde Group is seeking an Estate Cleaner to join our collaborative, values-driven team. This role focuses on keeping communal areas across residential blocks clean, safe, and welcoming, supporting basic upkeep and responding professionally to customer inquiries.

A basic DBS check is required, with hybrid working options available. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive living environment, demonstrate a proactive mindset, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, caretaking or estate services will be advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas like hallways, stairwells, lobbies and common rooms clean and well maintained.
• Carry out regular cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and surfaces.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in communal areas.
• Manage waste disposal, recycling and outdoor areas following local guidelines.
• Respond courteously to customer enquiries and concerns to maintain a safe, positive environment.
