Build Recruitment Limited in West London is seeking a reliable Estate Cleaner to join on a temp-to-perm basis. The role covers cleaning communal areas across housing estates, with 35 hours per week and a pattern of Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this position. The successful candidate will maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces, report maintenance issues, and work to high health and safety standards.

Mobile Estate Cleaner (Temp to Perm)

Pay: £21ph Vehicle (MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
