Job summary

BDS (Northern) Limited is recruiting an experienced cleaner/estates person to provide estate maintenance for a retirement complex in West London. You will be a driver and a van is provided, with duties including grounds maintenance, cleaning communal areas, and managing waste.

The role is 35 hours per week, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, on a temporary basis for 3 months with a likely extension. Pay is £16.82 per hour PAYE or £21.74 per hour Umbrella.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate maintenance and grounds care.
• Ability to interact with residents and staff in a customer-facing role.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to drive a provided van.

We are looking for someone who has good customer service skills, as you will be interacting with our customers and colleagues, and you will be working both within a team and on your own.

Working hours are 35 hours per week, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The rate is £16.82 p/h PAYE or £ 21.74 p/h Umbrella.

This is a temporary ongoing position initially for 3 months, with a likely extension.
