Job Title - Estate Caretaker
Location - Enfield
Hours - 36 per week
Pay - £17.36 per hour PAYE inc Holiday | £22.16 per hour LTD

The Role
Service Care Solutions are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Caretaker to join our client's team in Enfield. The Caretaker will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the external communal areas of their housing stock. As the first point of contact for residents, you will be the face of the organization, providing a customer-focused service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a range of enhancement projects across the external communal areas of the housing stock.
• Provide a professional standard of work at a highly productive level, with minimal supervision.
• Undertake a range of tasks demonstrating proficient skills and experience, including carpentry, painting, pressure washing, window cleaning, guttering cleaning, and basic grounds maintenance.
• Act as the first point of contact for residents, delivering a customer-focused service in line with best value.
• Work as part of a team or individually, providing services to customers.

Requirements:

• Proficient skills and experience in carpentry, painting, pressure washing, window cleaning, guttering cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and friendly approach to residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective in team settings.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, as required.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant trade qualification or experience (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or industry.
• Proven track record of high-quality results and excellent customer service.
• Full UK Driving License.
