Applications are now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and aspire to become Estate Agents. Candidates should have a strong sales background, such as in car sales, mobile telephone sales, or membership sales, and must possess a driving license and own a car.

You will provide clients with a professional Estate Agency service, maximising business opportunities created through your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interview applicants in a structured manner, identifying their needs and potential business opportunities.
2. Contact qualified applicants regularly, advise them of suitable properties, and arrange viewings.
3. Negotiate with potential purchasers, prioritising our clients' interests.
4. Coordinate transactions, ensuring high customer care standards for buyers and sellers, expediting processes, and securing future recommendations.
5. Support team members and the Branch Manager, contributing to a team environment.
6. Introduce clients and applicants to your Mortgage Consultant.
7. Ensure compliance with all company service standards.
8. Achieve sales targets set by your Branch Manager.
9. Familiarise yourself with all systems, procedures, and legislation, and project a professional image to the public and colleagues.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong sales background.
• Initial 3-month guaranteed salary of £2,000 per month. Subsequently, a basic salary of £18,000 plus a £120 monthly car allowance, with realistic on-target earnings of £30,000 in the first year, increasing in the second year.
