No property experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed as a Trainee Estate Agent.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-7pm, every other Saturday 9am-5pm

Driving licence essential for these locations

Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
• Qualify applicants thoroughly to understand their motivation and tailor viewings accordingly.
• Plan and conduct structured and effective viewing tours.
• Assess buyers’ financial positions and refer them to mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Proactively manage conveyancing processes, including surveys and document follow-ups.
• Initiate referencing for applicants, ensuring timely completion.
