Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
• Fully qualify applicants, gaining a thorough understanding of their motivation for their search to design the best possible tour.
• Plan and execute viewing tours to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
• Assess buyers’ financial positions and refer them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process, instigating surveys and following up with solicitors/buyers for documentation.
• Initiate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring completion within a reasonable timeframe.
