Tate, a long-established estate agency, is looking for a motivated sales-focused individual to join its team. You will register buyers, arrange viewings, canvass for new properties and negotiate deals between vendors and buyers.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a winning mindset, with progression toward a Sales Negotiator position and a base salary of £23,500 plus potential mortgage commission.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.,

  Basic £23,500

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
• 5 day working week
• Fully officed based until progression to Sales Negotiator
• £50 per completed mortgage application
• Every other month competitions
