Nexus ERP Limited in Aldridge is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join a busy, friendly team. The role focuses on registering applicants, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers.

You will generate new business, book valuations, and promote additional services including financial services and conveyancing. Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30, with alternate Saturdays 9:00–14:00 and time off in lieu.

• Estate Agency Sales Negotiating experience
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills
• Full driving licence and car

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Aldridge - up to £28k basic plus commission

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for several years. Due to continued growth within Sales, they are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join this busy and friendly team.

Duties for the Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator will involve:

• Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
• Arranging and carrying out viewings
• Providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
• Generating new business and booking valuations
• Selling other services including financial services and conveyancing

Essential Skills Required:

• Estate Agency Sales Negotiating experience
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills
• Full driving licence and car

Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 2pm with time off in lieu
