Overview

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Clitheroe - up to £28k basic plus bonus

A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join this award-winning leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent to join their branch in Clitheroe as a Senior Sales Negotiator.

Responsibilities

• Arranging property viewings
• Negotiating sales
• Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
• Sales Progression

Skills / Qualifications

• Estate Agency experience is ESSENTIAL
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and car

Working Hours

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays 9am – 3pm with a day off mid-week in lieu.
