Property Personnel is assisting with a Sales Negotiator role for a friendly team in Staines-upon-Thames. The position focuses on registering prospective purchasers, arranging viewings and guiding offers through to sale, with a strong emphasis on customer service and professional presentation.

_salary package of £25,000 to £27,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance, and a trainee option for confident individuals; driving licence is required._

Qualifications

• Some experience as a residential sales negotiator would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Experience within a target driven sales environment.
• Excellent face to face customer service skills.
• The motivation to succeed.
• A confident and professional manner.
• Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Full clean UK driving licence and own car.
