• Interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and opportunities.

• Coordinate transactions, ensuring high standards of customer care.
• Support team and Branch Manager, meet service standards.
• Achieve sales targets as agreed with Branch Manager.
• Familiar with systems, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Present a professional image to the public and colleagues.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

• Basic salary £17,500 increasing to £19,500 once 3 month probation has been passed with on target earnings of £35,000.
• Applications are also now invited from Trainees who are looking to enter the Estate Agency industry and become an Estate Agent however, you will need to have a strong sales background in for example car sales, mobile telephone sales or membership sales and you will need to drive and have your own car.

• Co-ordinate your transactions ensuring that you provide the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations.
• Integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
• Ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
