Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Enfield is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to own and grow the Enfield branch, building a high-performing team and establishing a strong local presence. You will have autonomy and support to shape the branch from the ground up, driving pipeline development and commercial momentum.

The role offers a base salary of £22,000–£25,000 depending on experience, with on-target earnings of up to £60,000 and an uncapped commission scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team.
• Coach the team to achieve KPI’s.
• Monitor and assess individual team member performance (including one-to-one meetings).
• Encourage team development and progression.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with venders and buyers.
• Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
