haart Estate Agents in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Lettings Branch Manager with vision, drive and leadership to grow the branch in a fast-paced market. You will lead the lettings team, drive business growth and maintain high compliance.

Leads daily meetings, coaches for KPI achievement, and builds strong relationships with landlords and tenants while navigating regulatory requirements. A full UK driving licence and lettings experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Ability to lead daily meetings and coach the lettings team.
• Strong knowledge of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team and monitor KPI delivery.
• Coach team members to achieve targets and develop performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies while ensuring compliance.
• Ensure the business adheres to regulatory standards and risk controls.

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bury St Edmunds:

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI's
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
