Job summary

GCB Recruitment in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Estate Agent (sales or lettings) to join a well-established agency. You will register buyers and tenants, arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and support clients throughout their property journey.

• Previous experience as an Estate Agent within either sales or lettings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Full UK driving licence.

Are you an experienced in either residential sales or lettings?

We're recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and successful estate agency in the Leamington Spa area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to develop your career within a supportive and growing team.

You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout their property journey.

The Role
