Location: Must reside within the designated Divisional Location (South West)

Accountable to: Chapter Managing Director

Responsible for: A defined multi-function Division of the Spicerhaart Network

Main Purpose of the role:

Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Division’s strategic operating plans, including sales performance within income, profit, and market share across Estate Agency and Legal Services, with oversight and contribution to Financial Services and New Homes operations.

The role involves:

  1. Driving listings and market share through canvassing and prospecting, embedding company principles to optimize business opportunities.
  2. Creating a partnership culture within the Division.
  3. Supporting partnership working across all business streams to maximize operational efficiency.
  4. Contributing to the Divisional strategy for profitable growth, focusing on KPIs and market share growth within the territory.
  5. Building and developing an effective Divisional Management Team aligned with company values.
  6. Ensuring performance standards are understood and owned by the team.
  7. Defining and delivering minimum standards across the Division.
  8. Adhering to the ‘Spicerhaart Way’ and creating a high-performance coaching culture.
  9. Leading and motivating the Division’s business.
  10. Aligning recruitment, retention, training, and development strategies with divisional goals.
  11. Implementing company policies and ensuring operational and financial compliance.
  12. Monitoring financial results and taking remedial actions when necessary.
  13. Ensuring legal and commercial compliance throughout the Division.
  14. Fostering a culture of innovation and HR best practices.
  15. Retention of staff and engagement in local marketing initiatives.
  16. Establishing internal audit and compliance processes.
  17. Ensuring health and safety compliance.
  18. Maintaining the division’s reputation publicly and on review platforms.
  19. Participating actively as a senior member of the Chapter Board.
  20. Leading people management, strategic management, and change initiatives.
  21. Understanding market trends and responding to divisional requirements.
  22. Championing core activities like canvassing, prospecting, and social media.
  23. Building and sustaining long-term performance and capacity.
  24. Embedding a culture of self-belief and confidence.
