Job description

Major Loss Adjuster - Commercial Claims (South of M4)

Well-established and successful regional major loss operation covering the area south of the M4 from Land's End to Dover, excluding Greater London, is seeking several commercial major loss adjusters to handle large and complex losses exceeding £100,000 as part of a dedicated team.

1. This recruitment aims to support ongoing expansion and succession planning.
2. The roles offer the highest quality work in the market, backed by outstanding technical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service to quality clients for premium fees.
3. Candidates will be home-based, with flexibility to reside anywhere south of the M4, particularly in Hampshire, Berkshire, and Sussex.
4. Ideally, candidates should be A/FCILA qualified; however, we are open to individuals making significant progress towards these qualifications.
5. Experience in managing losses over £100,000 is preferred, but strong commercial adjusting backgrounds with an interest in transitioning into major loss work will also be considered.

Salary is up to £75,000, complemented by an outstanding fee-related bonus, car or allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days of holiday.
