Job Profile

  1. Major loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its Major & Complex Liability Unit by appointing a home-based adjuster within the South East region.
  2. Your caseload will primarily involve third-party property damage liability losses, mainly related to fire and water damage, typically exceeding £100,000, but potentially reducing to £50,000 depending on complexity.
  3. You will operate throughout the South East and be part of a quality national Major & Complex Loss Unit.
  4. Applicants should have specialist knowledge of third-party property damage risks. Candidates interested in developing their career in major loss are encouraged to apply, even if they lack experience in this area.
  5. The role requires extensive travel throughout the South East, but the caseload is small and manageable.
  6. Ideally, candidates will hold professional qualifications such as ACII. However, individuals without formal qualifications but with relevant experience will also be considered.

Basic salary up to £65,000 plus annual bonus, car or car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days of holiday.
