Are you a leader in the Property Claims space looking for your next challenge? Join our talented and dynamic team.

Job purpose:

To carry out loss adjusting of High Net Worth, Major Loss, and other complex claims including subsidence and escape of oil.

What will your day look like:

1. Handle claims in line with company requirements and the demanding service standards of MCLU clients.
2. Ensure KPIs are reached and maintained.
3. Actively progress and control all cases.
4. Understand and implement company systems and procedures.
5. Meet individual client requirements.
6. Ensure technical accuracy of the highest standard.
7. Produce high-quality personalized outgoing correspondence.
8. Handle customers effectively and fairly in line with HNW insurers' requirements.
9. Be flexible and accommodate demanding appointment schedules.
10. Action all work per company and client requirements.
11. Build effective relationships with clients, brokers, and others.
12. Communicate regularly with all interested parties.
13. Produce reports of the highest quality.
14. Work within a team to achieve the best results on individual or group losses.
15. Interact with existing clients to maintain and expand relations and procure new business.
16. Utilize other Davies Group businesses for policyholders' benefit.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• ACILA, FCILA, or other professional qualifications preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Dependability and persistence.
• Proven track record in property adjusting and high net worth claims.
• Experience with major losses is preferable.
• Flexible approach and adaptability.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Full, clean driving license required.
