You will manage daily operations, coach staff to achieve KPIs, and build strong relationships with buyers and vendors while ensuring high compliance and customer service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Minimum 2 years’ estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator/Valuer or higher.
• Able to lead and coach a team to hit KPI targets.
• Clear communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Able to develop and execute local business plans for the branch.
• Monitor local competitors and market trends.
• Strong knowledge of relevant estate agency legislation.
• Capable of managing high volume workloads and deadlines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build trust with clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team.
• Coach and develop team to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor and assess individual performance (1:1s, reviews).
• Encourage team development and progression.
• Drive generation of new and repeat business.
