Are you an outstanding Estate Agent with the business acumen and charisma to lead and inspire a team to become the most dominant agent in town?

Remuneration: £50,000 on target earnings. Basic salary between £28,000 and £30,000 depending on experience + company car and medical insurance.

Profile: This is a perfect position for an accomplished Branch Manager or aspiring Assistant Branch Manager with the ability to lead from the front and provide clear direction and motivation to your team.

Experience: Previous experience at Branch Manager is preferred for this role. However, applications will also be considered from exceptional, strong, ambitious, driven, Assistant Managers. You must have strong organisational skills.

Key objectives: You will have the responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the developing, nurturing and guiding your team to reach targets in a broad range of disciplines including listings, sales and financial services.
