The Insights Group, a global media and events group, is seeking an Events Executive to lead and coordinate TER events including Esports Leaders and GEIW, with opportunities across The Esports Radar and other brands.

This freelance, ongoing role is remote with travel to UK and international venues, requires strong vendor management, clear communication, and hands-on event operations experience, and offers flexible scheduling and growth within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and running B2B events is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and budget awareness.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with international teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate event tasks with clear timelines and progress updates.
• Research venues, obtain quotes, and manage bookings within budget.
• Maintain budget trackers and report overspend risks.
• Coordinate delegate registration and communications with attendees.
• Support speaker, host and VIP logistics including travel and accommodation.
• Oversee sponsor and partner asset delivery and deadlines.
• Prepare running orders, schedules, and staff briefs.
• Collaborate with marketing and design for event materials.
• Assist onsite setup, registration, guest experience and pack-down.
• Gather feedback and support post-event reporting and improvements.
