Job summary

Radiant is building a dedicated ESG function from the ground up to manage carbon accounting, reporting, and sustainability commitments. You will own strategy development, methodology creation, and certification execution for live projects.

You will write disclosures for investors and lenders, coordinate with regional leads on social impact, and shape ESG processes in line with industry best practices. Attitude and practicality matter as the function scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, ESG or carbon strategy roles.
• Ability to write clearly for investor audiences.
• Willingness to build the ESG function from the ground up.
• Familiarity with data-centre ESG standards or related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build Radiant's ESG function from scratch, including carbon methodology and reporting.
• Run certification processes (e.g., BREEAM, LEED) on live projects.
• Write investor and lender disclosures and coordinate with stakeholders.
