EHSQ Field Lead: Data Center Safety & Quality

Job summary

Radiant is redefining AI infrastructure delivery and safety standards. This role requires hands-on EHS or quality management on construction or industrial sites, with frequent travel to sites to embed requirements and lead safety on the ground.

You will write the rulebook, audit performance, investigate incidents, and grow the EHS team as projects expand, while maintaining a practical, on-site focus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EHS or quality management on construction or industrial sites, preferably data centres or similar complex builds.
• Willingness to travel regularly and get into the detail yourself.
• Standards-writing mindset; capable of creating rulebooks rather than just enforcing.
• Safety-first mindset and hands-on attitude over a specific certification.

Responsibilities

• Write Radiant's EHS and quality standards and inspection/ITP methodology from scratch.
• Personally audit sites and contractor safety performance, not just reports.
• Run incident investigations and lessons-learned early in projects.
• Recruit regional EHS managers as the portfolio grows while staying hands-on at site level.
• Plan for a Document Controller as document volume increases.
