Resource Data Management Ltd. is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Analyst to support development, implementation and continuous improvement of our ESG strategy across global operations.

The role centers on data, strategy and delivery, acting as a central authority for ESG data, reporting and insights. You will lead scalable ESG reporting through Power BI, ensure data accuracy and audit readiness, and drive governance improvements.

Competenze

• Experience in data analysis and sustainability across operations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and interpret data from multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting and frameworks.
• Experience with manufacturing, engineering or supply chain.
• Familiarity with EcoVadis, ISO 14001 or similar frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems and business reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ESG regulations and sustainability reporting requirements.
