Job summary

CSafe is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead enterprise-wide environmental strategy, regulatory readiness, and emissions reduction efforts while partnering with teams worldwide to advance meaningful change.

The role manages data and performance metrics that demonstrate progress against commitments, maintains audit-ready environmental data, and supports ESG disclosures and customer inquiries with credible data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 5+ years in an environmental or sustainability role.
• Experience collecting company data on GHG emissions.
• Solid understanding of federal government and regulatory requirements; ability to interpret jurisdictional requirements.
• Audits experience and attention to audit readiness.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide sustainability strategy execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Track and report Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and manage science-based targets.
• Monitor regulatory readiness, PPWR/EPR compliance, and disclosures (CDP, EcoVadis).
• Support customer ESG tenders and RFP responses with accurate, audit-ready data.
• Create and maintain internal training materials and share sustainability best practices across teams.
