Job summary

Low Carbon Contracts Company is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst in London or Birmingham. The role focuses on planning, governance and performance processes to ensure delivery against strategy and objectives, with close collaboration across directorates and departments.

You will provide specialist knowledge in environmental reporting and ESG activities, supporting a culture of performance and continuous improvement while working in a hybrid office model.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering ESG reporting.
• Experience in developing and delivering performance management.
• Ability to analyse and present data to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data management and visualisation tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track and present progress against company strategic performance with stakeholders from Directors to data owners, and produce the annual end-of-year corporate performance score and report.
• Develop and populate operational reporting, including the Management Information Pack, via cross-functional collaboration and Power BI insights.
• Perform secretariat duties for monthly performance forums: set agendas, manage forward look, produce packs, capture minutes, and coordinate logistics.
• Support directorates and departments to deliver and evolve functional reporting packs linked to central strategy and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of performance governance processes, structures, meetings and tools across the organisation.
• Deliver the annual environmental reporting data and ensure it remains meaningful and compliant with evolving standards and regulations.
• Develop environmental reporting narrative and action plans within the environmental report.
• Seek opportunities for broader ESG activity in collaboration with People team, and produce engaging communications on ESG achievements.
