Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior ESG Data Operations Analyst to ensure ESG investment data remains accurate, timely and controlled, supporting regulatory compliance and product development across our global operations. You will work with ESG data consumers and external suppliers to resolve data quality issues, manage controls, and drive improvements in data processes and service delivery.

• Experience in investment operations or data management in a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Experience executing and improving operational processes, controls and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, validate, manage and distribute ESG investment data and related analytics to consumers across Vanguard.
• Execute and enhance operational processes and controls to ensure ESG data is accurate, timely, complete and fit for purpose.
• Investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, workflow exceptions and stakeholder enquiries within agreed service expectations.
