Job summary

Vesta Software Group is seeking an ESG Coordinator to support the development, implementation and delivery of our ESG strategy across global business units. You will coordinate ESG activities, monitor progress against targets, and help prepare reports for senior leadership.

The role requires strong project coordination, excellent communication and data analytics skills, with a focus on ESG data collection, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly and accurately.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies and gaps within data submissions.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential business information appropriately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the rollout of the ESG strategy across all business units.
• Work with Senior Leadership Team to embed ESG objectives within plans and operations.
• Coordinate ESG projects with milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress against targets and collect ESG-related data and metrics.
• Identify gaps and escalate material risks as needed.
• Maintain ESG project plans, documentation, action logs and dashboards.
• Support ESG report preparation and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate ESG Champions and carbon data collection across the group.
