Job description

About You

Help shape one of our most important transformation programmes

Do you thrive in an environment where governance, planning, reporting and analysis are critical to success?

Can you connect the dots between risks, resources, milestones and delivery performance?

Ready to take your career to the next level in a role with real visibility and influence?

If so, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

Join us and help deliver one of the Mining Remediation Authority's most significant transformation programmes. Using your PMO expertise, analytical skills and eye for detail, you'll provide the governance, insight and programme controls needed to support a successful ERP implementation that will shape how we work for years to come.

The role supports our Business Systems Replacement (BSR) Programme, a high-profile transformation that will replace core business systems and help modernise how we plan, manage and deliver our services across the organisation.

About The Role

Working closely with the Programme Manager, workstream leads, subject matter experts and external suppliers, you will help maintain a clear view of programme performance and delivery confidence across a complex transformation programme. You'll analyse programme information, challenge assumptions, identify emerging risks and trends, and provide the insight needed to support effective decision-making at senior levels.

You will play a central role in programme governance, coordinating Programme Board and Design Authority activities, supporting change control, tracking programme finances and resources, and ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are understood and actively managed. You'll also contribute to business cases, benefits tracking, communications and programme assurance activities, helping to keep one of our most important strategic programmes on track.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior stakeholders, influence programme decision-making and make a tangible contribution to a transformation that will have a lasting impact across the Mining Remediation Authority. If you enjoy turning complex information into meaningful insight and helping major programmes succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

We don’t expect candidates to meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we've identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you!
