Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP implementation programmes.
• Experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
• Gap analysis in moving to ERP-led processes.
• Ability to work with standard, out-of-the-box ERP functionality.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication.
• Experience with testing and change management functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current and future business processes aligned with Infor LN ERP and industry best practice.
• Identify process gaps and support transition from legacy manual to standardised ERP-led processes.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Work with technical and functional teams to support process improvements and ERP configuration.
• Assist with system testing, ensuring requirements are reflected in test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support change management activities, including business readiness and user engagement.
