Job summary

Vital Energi is seeking a Head of Business Systems at our Head Office in Blackburn with site support. You will lead the development, optimisation and integration of core business platforms, ensure digital tools are adopted and deliver measurable operational value, and drive ongoing improvements across ERP, CRM and analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong business system applications knowledge within a medium to large organisation.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, particularly D365 Business Central, CRM, field service / asset management systems.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, API's, Data Flows and application architecture.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, information management principals.
• Improve integration platform and technologies, ensuring compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading the business systems team, owning the development of the business system landscape.
• Ensure business applications are aligned with organisational strategy, operational requirements and future growth.
• Lead the continuous improvement of core business platforms and associated processes.
• Establish appropriate governance around application ownership, change and release management.
• Work closely with the IT Director to develop and maintain the overall applications and digital technology strategy.
