Job summary

Office Shoes in London is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage the transition from legacy systems to a new ERP platform while ensuring continuity of existing applications. You will support the Business Applications function during a period of significant technological change.

You will lead the Business Applications team, collaborate with IT Infrastructure and group IT, and oversee governance, data migration, testing, and training to enable a scalable retail ERP rollout.

Qualifications

• Essential: 4 years IT management experience in a multi-site environment (retail).
• Essential: Proven hands-on experience managing and supporting a diverse portfolio of core enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, OMS).
• Oracle Retail experience will be a significant differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Assist in local ERP implementation and coordinate testing, training, and data migration activities.
• Oversee stability and support of legacy applications during the ERP transition period.
• Lead and direct the Business Applications team with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Co-own Change Control, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity plans and ensure documentation is maintained.
• Participate in budgeting for Capex and Opex; manage monthly spend analysis to drive cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party providers; ensure contracts are up to date.
