Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of cutover activities for a major SAP transformation programme in the UK. You will work closely with programme leadership, business and technical teams to ensure a controlled transition from legacy systems to the new SAP environment while minimising disruption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SAP Cutover Manager on large SAP transformations.
• Strong end-to-end cutover planning and execution expertise.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end cutover strategy and plan.
• Coordinate cutover activities across business, technical and project teams.
• Manage cutover rehearsals, dress rehearsals and go-live readiness assessments.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Track milestones and ensure deliverables meet schedule.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication throughout the cutover lifecycle.
• Support go-live execution and post go-live hypercare.
• Ensure governance, reporting and escalation processes are followed.
