Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a South Yorkshire ERP transformation project. You will lead the change agenda, engaging stakeholders, shaping communications, and ensuring readiness across functions. This 9-month contract may extend to 18 months with on-site delivery and an immediate start.

The role requires strong experience in ERP change, proven methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR), and a track record of influencing leaders. On-site 3–4 days per week with parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP or enterprise transformation changes.
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR).
• Experience in SME environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience managing resistance and embedding behavioural change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the ERP change management strategy.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
• Design and deliver communication plans across multiple business functions.
• Lead business readiness activities.
• Align change with process design with the programme team.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks.
• Establish and manage a network of change champions.
• Support training strategy with functional leads.
• Measure adoption and readiness pre- and post go-live.
