Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an ambitious Project Manager focusing on Applications and ERP to join a large Midlands-based organisation. You will lead cross-functional IT transformation initiatives and manage ERP implementations to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Leicestershire 2 days per week; salary ranges from £60,000 to £70,000 plus a bonus and comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing ERP/systems implementations and migrations is essential.
• SAP experience is beneficial but not required.
• Prince2 qualification at Practitioner level or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the appropriate project lifecycle.
• Manage project teams with clear objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure IT standards are applied across all teams and inputs to projects.
• Create and manage project plans and budgets for IT projects.
• Produce project documentation and track benefits delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and steering groups.
• Lead project governance sessions and input to IT portfolio reviews.
• Coordinate demand and capacity management for resources.
• Align Project Management with overall IT strategy.
