Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Programme Training Manager to lead the ERP end-user training across North West London Trusts. You will drive governance, planning and delivery of training, coordinating with Trust Training Leads, trainers and external partners in a complex, multi-site environment.

The role focuses on ensuring training readiness for Oracle Fusion ERP and LFSSC models, with autonomous decision-making and high-quality learner experiences within NHS

Qualifications

• Postgraduate diploma-level knowledge in learning and development, programme/change management.
• English and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent.
• Educated to A Level, NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance and delivery of the ERP end-user training programme across NW London Trusts and NWLPS.
• Chair the Programme Training Working Group and collaborate with Trust Training Leads and trainers to meet strategies and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer and UAT tester training with timely access to materials and environments.
• Manage dependencies between training, system build, testing and go-live activities, mitigating risks and scheduling conflicts.
• Provide authoritative reporting on training readiness and governance to programme boards and senior stakeholders.
