Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major change programme across two NHS trusts. You will drive the People Portal project and related organisational change, coordinating governance and stakeholder engagement to deliver benefits on time.

The role requires strong leadership across teams, effective relationship building, and the ability to operate across organisational boundaries during a period of significant transformation.

Formación

• Experienced programme manager with leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering cross-organisational programmes across multiple teams or services.
• Able to manage complex change programmes and benefits realisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of the People Portal programme and related organisational change across two NHS trusts.
• Oversee governance, planning, risk, and dependency management to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders, sign off on benefits realisation and embedded practice across organisations.
