Job summary

Reed Technology in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to support a multi-year ERP and digital transformation. You will deliver training and drive user adoption across HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems while collaborating with stakeholders and project teams.

The role offers exposure to the full lifecycle from design through go-live and hypercare, requiring a proactive, self-sufficient trainer with strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Systems Trainer or equivalent.
• Experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and translate concepts for users.

Responsibilities

• Support training, business readiness and adoption across the transformation programme.
• Attend workshops and design sessions to understand system changes and business impacts.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning requirements.
• Develop and deliver blended learning solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
• Create user guides and training materials.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and workshop-based training.
• Support Super User and Change Champion networks.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
