Job summary

REED Technology are recruiting on behalf of a major client for a Systems Trainer (SAP) to join a multi-year ERP and digital transformation programme. This role supports the adoption of new technologies across a large organisation.

The role is based in the East Midlands with hybrid working. It is a fixed-term contract until December 2027, offering a salary range of £32,080 - £38,784. You will design and deliver training and drive user adoption across ERP, HR, Finance, or other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Systems Trainer, ERP Trainer, Training Consultant or Learning & Development Consultant.
• Experience supporting ERP, HR or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis and delivering training solutions.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support training, business readiness and adoption activities across a transformation programme.
• Attend workshops and design sessions to understand system changes and business impacts.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning requirements.
• Develop and deliver blended learning solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
• Create user guides, training materials and learning content.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and workshop-based training.
• Support Super User and Change Champion networks.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
