Job summary

Reed Technology is seeking a proactive Systems Trainer to support ERP deployments and user adoption across a large organisation. Based in the East Midlands with hybrid working, you will design and deliver training for SAP/ERP modules and collaborate with SMEs and project teams.

The role covers training needs analysis, learning solution design, and delivery across go-live and hypercare. Candidates with ERP implementation experience, strong facilitation, and the ability to translate technical

Qualifications

Experience as Systems/ERP trainer or related.
Experience delivering training for ERP/enterprise systems.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support training, business readiness and adoption activities across a transformation programme.
Attend workshops and design sessions to understand system changes and business impacts.
Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning requirements.
Develop and deliver blended learning solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
Create user guides, training materials and learning content.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual and workshop-based training.
Support Super User and Change Champion networks.
Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
