Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking an ERP Systems Officer in Stafford to provide day-to-day ERP and business system support, configure workflows, and assist with upgrades and testing.

The role includes business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement to drive process improvements and successful project delivery. HR/payroll system tasks and reporting are also part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP and business systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with UAT, testing, and system validation.
• Ability to produce process maps and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP and business system support.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and user access.
• Support upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
• Produce system reports and management information.
• Assist with data cleansing, migration, and reconciliation.
