Interface Recruitment is seeking an ERP Systems Coordinator for a multi-site manufacturing group in West Yorkshire. The role focuses on implementing and developing the ERP environment, with emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV 2018, including reporting improvements and on-site support.
You will manage data migration, system integration and configuration, and provide first/second-line ERP support while working with internal stakeholders and external partners during rollout.

This is a technically focused role supporting the commercial, operational and financial information systems of an established multi-site manufacturing group.
The ERP Systems Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the implementation, ongoing development and continuous improvement of the organisation’s ERP environment, with a specific technical focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2018.
The postholder will implement structured improvements to existing ERP processes, optimise reporting and support effective system integration. Alongside project delivery, the role will provide hands‑on first and second‑line troubleshooting for ERP-related issues and on‑site support for manufacturing peripherals connected to the ERP environment.
During the ERP rollout, the postholder will work with internal project stakeholders, external technology partners and colleagues across the wider organisation on migration and upgrade activity.
There is a defined progression path for the role to develop into a broader ERP management position, supporting future acquisitions, data governance and wider organisational growth.
Take technical ownership of the integration, implementation, development and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2018. Initially, the focus will be on the current implementation before supporting adoption across other group locations.
Analyse business requirements and translate agreed workflows into technical and functional ERP solutions that improve efficiency across commercial, operational and financial processes.
Manage third‑party suppliers involved in migrating data from legacy ERP systems, ensuring that information is complete, accurate and available when required. Use SQL and database knowledge to query data and troubleshoot issues.
Act as the primary technical escalation point for ERP-related issues. Provide first and second‑line support for ERP incidents, problems and change requests, with general IT issues routed to the wider support function.
Provide hands‑on support for manufacturing technology connected to the ERP system, including barcode scanners, label printers and shop‑floor workstations, helping to maintain operational continuity.
Work with service providers to configure and customise Business Central and Dynamics NAV, ensuring that the system remains scalable and adaptable as the organisation grows.
Provide ongoing support to ERP users and manage end‑user settings to maintain functionality and security. Train new and existing employees in the effective use of the system and produce clear supporting documentation.
Conduct regular reviews of the ERP environment and associated database structures in collaboration with external technology partners and internal colleagues. Assess their suitability and recommend technical and process improvements.
The postholder is responsible for complying with all relevant safety procedures and safe working practices. This includes environmental awareness, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment where required and maintaining expected workplace behaviours.
