Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Supply Management Transformation Programme Manager to lead a major UK&I transformation covering ERP and Ivalua deployment. You will translate strategy into an integrated roadmap, drive delivery across multiple streams, and ensure benefits realisation while maintaining business continuity.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across countries, manage governance, budgets and change activities, and embed continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes in a matrixed, international organisation.
• Delivery experience across business transformation and technology-enabled change.
• Strong programme management capability across planning, governance and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated programme roadmap, milestones and interdependencies across ERP Bridge, Guided Catalogue, supplier onboarding, Source-to-Contract, pricing and rebate, reporting, Supply Solutions and Butterfly workstreams.
• Establish proportionate programme governance, decision forums, stage gates, reporting standards, RAID management, change control and escalation routes.
• Coordinate workstream leads, business SMEs, technology teams, GBS colleagues and country stakeholders to deliver outputs to scope, quality, cost and schedule.
• Lead due diligence and operating model design for future-state implementation planning.
• Develop and maintain business cases, resource plans, budgets, forecasts and benefit-realisation reporting.
• Oversee business readiness, change impact assessment, communications, training, UAT, cutover and handover to RUN.
• Facilitate workshops and governance meetings, with clear decision papers and executive status reporting.
• Ensure plans align with ERP milestones, HR and Sodexo governance and compliance requirements.
• Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation and recovery plans.
• Embed continuous improvement and reusable standards across the portfolio.
