Job summary

Sodexo Ltd. is seeking a Supply Management Transformation Programme Manager to lead a major transformation across Supply Management UK & Ireland, guiding a portfolio spanning business, digital, data and operating model initiatives to enable ERP and Ivalua deployment.

You will work across multiple stakeholders to translate strategy into a clear roadmap, drive adoption, and realise measurable business benefits while ensuring continuity and smooth transition to BAU.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes in a matrixed environment.
• Delivery experience across business transformation, operating model redesign, and technology-enabled change.
• Strong programme management capabilities across planning, governance, budgets and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the integrated programme roadmap across ERP Bridge, Guided Catalogue, supplier onboarding, Source-to-Contract, pricing and rebate, reporting, and related workstreams.
• Establish governance, decision forums, stage gates, RAID management and escalation routes.
• Coordinate workstream leads, business SMEs, technology teams and stakeholders to deliver outputs to scope, quality, cost and schedule.
• Lead operating model design and implementation planning, including accountability definitions and transition requirements.
• Develop and maintain business cases, budgets, forecasts and benefit-realisation reporting.
• Oversee change management, training, UAT, cutover and handover to RUN.
• Facilitate governance meetings and prepare executive status reports.
• Ensure alignment with ERP milestones and compliance requirements.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans across the portfolio.
